Kari Krygsheld
Tiny Town Coordinator
Kari has been called to serve the children in God’s kingdom. She is passionate about living out the fruits of the spirit and showing those around her the joy of the Lord through her interactions and daily activities.
Throughout her childhood, Kari was surrounded by Christ-like examples that led her to want to know more about Christ. In college is when she made her faith her own and realized that there is nothing in this world we can do without Jesus.
Kari, along with her husband Steve, started attending Calvary church in September of 2019. Calvary has provided opportunities to serve, Christ-like relationships and endless encouragement through the mountains and valleys of life for them. It is a place where she feels loved and accepted no matter what.
Kari graduated from Trinity Christian College in 2015 with a degree in general and special education. She worked as a special education teacher for 3 years, then as a general education teacher in 4th and 1st grade for 3 years. She has served as Tiny Town coordinator since March 2021 and is seeking to help create a safe, creative and welcoming environment for the children of Calvary to learn more about Jesus. Kari and her husband, Steve, reside in Tinley Park, Illinois with their two kids, Jaycee and Shane.
