Kirk Cavenaugh

I would like to be an Elder for Calvary Church because we are heading into exciting times with our new pastor, Tim!  I’m honored to have been selected for this new slate of voting. I have been an elder in the past and feel that it is important to help guide our church in the direction God wants us to go.

I have been a member of Calvary since 1995 when our family moved back to this area from Indiana. I have served as a deacon and an elder in the past. I have been involved with our KidsLife ministries since my son Kyle was in 5th grade and I was asked to teach the 5th grade boys’ Sunday school. I still teach Sunday school and also am the head Cadet counselor. I have been married to my wonderful wife Jean for 35 years! We have two adult children. Kyle, my son, is married to Mackenzie and has 2 daughters, Amelia and Eliza. My daughter, Maggie, lives in Denver.
